Our Home Remodeling Process

Initial Consultation

We come to your home for a free, no-obligation consultation to learn and discuss your proposed project.

During this visit it is our goal to understand your concept and dreams so that we can put together a detailed proposal for you to review.

We will have a conversation about your budget and financing options for your project.

We may present a Design and Pre-Construction Contract to engage our design services. What is paid for the Design Services will be deducted from the final proposal and is yours to keep if you decide not to go with our company.

Presentation

Once we understand the Scope of the Work for the proposed project, we will return and present a detailed line-item proposal for your review and approval.

When we have a Design and Pre-Construction contract already in place, we will present the Design for your review and approval.

From there if you like our proposal and want to move forward, you can accept the proposal and with a deposit, we can move forward with a design and the project.

We will present allowances for unknown material selections and begin the final selections process.

We will give you our portal access to your project in BuildersTrend. You can follow all the communication and phases of your project in that software.

There will be multiple meetings going forward with our design and project team before the remodel begins.

Construction & Production

This is when the rubber meets the road, and we start the actual phase of construction of your dream project.

We will provide a weekly work schedule, daily log and photos as the project moves forward.

You will have an assigned designer and project coordinator for your project.

Completion

Final Walk-Through the Designer, Project Coordinator, and Field Production – Quality control Person.

Provide warranty information to you.
